Welcome to Btlaqi. By using the site you agree to these terms. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
What Btlaqi is
Btlaqi is a search site that helps you find clothes available in shops near you in the West Bank, and which shop has the item you are looking for.
Btlaqi is not a store: we do not sell anything, take no payments from shoppers and do not deliver. You buy directly from the shop.
Prices and availability
Each shop adds its own items and prices (or the Btlaqi team adds them from the shop's information). We remind shops to keep their items up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every item is still available or that its price has not changed.
The final price is the shop's price. We recommend messaging the shop on WhatsApp to check before you go.
"Hold it for me" requests
A hold request is a request sent to the shop, not a guaranteed reservation. The shop decides whether it can keep the item and for how long, and contacts you directly.
Your name and WhatsApp number go to that shop only. Details are in the privacy policy.
Using the site
- Use the site to search and to contact shops respectfully.
- Do not send fake or abusive hold requests, and do not use other people's numbers.
- Do not copy the site's content with automated tools (scraping) or try to disrupt it or reach parts you are not allowed to.
Content and rights
Item photos and shop details belong to the shops. The site design and the Btlaqi name and logo belong to Btlaqi and may not be used without permission.
If you see content that breaks the law or infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it.
Links to other services
The WhatsApp, call and directions (Google Maps) buttons and the shops' Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts open services we do not run, each with its own terms.
Limits of responsibility
We provide the site as it is. We are not a party to any purchase between you and a shop, and we are not responsible for the quality, price or availability of items or for how a shop deals with you.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms and will show the date of the last update at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
